Hi! I’m so happy you are here! I am so excited to get to work with you to design your special space. Please follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1. Fill out design questionnaire.

This just allows me to understand the scope of your project better, your style, your budget and your hopes and dreams for your space. The more details you give the better!

Step 2. Email me (Jenny) your photos & floor plan.

When taking your photos please include every angle of the room and place your camera in portrait mode. Please include dimensions for walls, doorways, windows, along with ceiling height and any important architectural elements.

In the questionnaire i have attachment a pdf “room measurement ” guide if you get stuck or need help.

Step 3. Create your Pinterest/Houzz board.

Start pinning your inspiration photos that express your style. Send the link/invitation to collaborate to my email. This is a very important part of the process- its a way to make sure our visions for the look/design of the space are going in the same direction. It allows me to have another insight into your dreams for the space.

Step 4. Purchase your design package.

You will receive a proposal from Willow and Oak Interiors that you will be able to approve and pay for online.  Payment must be received before the design phase begins.

Now its onto the Design Phase:

and this just really means you get to sit back while I start to design your space. (Below are some pictures of what the mood-board, to-scale floor plan,(to show you how the room is set-up from a bird’s eye view), 3d perscpective, and curated shopping links will look like.)

Join the Client Portal:

Once I have finished your design you will be sent an email invitation for you to review your design board through the client portal. This is where you can provide feedback and comments. If any revisions need to be made then this is how we can go about getting those made. After your design is finished I will upload your products list with direct shopping links and purchasing information. Now, you will take it the rest of the way.
